一、Required Documents 所需证件

For Foreign Nationals 外籍游客：

1. Valid Passport (with at least 6 months validity) 有效护照（有效期6个月以上）

五、Tips for Foreign Travelers 温馨提示

• Altitude Sickness: Lhasa is at 3,650m. Take it easy on the first day, drink plenty of water, and avoid strenuous activities. We provide oxygen bottles and first-aid kits.
• Weather: Tibet has strong UV radiation and large temperature differences. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, warm clothing, and a hat.
• Currency: Chinese Yuan (RMB). Major credit cards are accepted in big hotels, but cash is needed for smaller shops and entrance fees. ATMs are available in Lhasa.
